Idag har den yngsta generationen, inspirerad av v\u00e5ra far- och morf\u00f6r\u00e4ldrars hantverk och erfarenhet, f\u00f6rfinat hantverket att odla oliver och framst\u00e4lla olivolja f\u00f6r att skapa en unik produkt.<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">Oliverna sk\u00f6rdas fr\u00e5n v\u00e5ra olivlundar i de vidstr\u00e4ckta omr\u00e5dena kring Plomari och Polihnitos. M\u00e5nga av olivtr\u00e4den \u00e4r \u00f6ver tv\u00e5hundra \u00e5r gamla, medan andra planterades runt 1930 och senare.
