These Terms & Conditions apply when you place an order at shop.plomariplatinum.com (the “Store”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We sell olive oil and related products. We aim to describe products accurately. Images are illustrative and minor packaging/label variations may occur.

3. Prices and fees

Prices are shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, prices include applicable VAT. Shipping costs and any other fees are shown before you complete your order.

4. Orders and contract

  • You place an order by completing checkout.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout.
  • We may refuse/cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, obvious pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel after payment, we refund you.

5. Payment

Payments are processed via Mollie Payments using the methods available at checkout. We do not store full payment card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery options, estimated times, and shipping costs are shown at checkout (and/or our Shipping page if available). Risk passes to you upon receipt (subject to mandatory consumer law). If a parcel arrives damaged, contact us promptly with photos.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details and instructions.

8. Defects and complaints

If goods are defective or damaged on arrival, you are entitled to remedies under applicable consumer protection laws. Contact us with your order number and details (photos if relevant).

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law. Subject to mandatory law, we are not liable for indirect losses and delays beyond our reasonable control.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from mandatory protections in your country of residence within the EU/EEA.
