Plomari Platinum olive oil is produced from the dominant local olive varieties Kolovi and Adramitiani combined in a blend, cold pressed, early harvested. It is a Protected Designation of Origin Lesvos (P.G.I.) olive oil.

Manual Harvest
The olives harvest is performed manually. No industrialized methods of mass production are applied in this limited agricultural production.

Selected Trees
We carefully select the trees and olives to harvest at the optimal olive ripeness stage for the maximum antioxidant content and best organoleptic characteristics.

Cold Pressed
Cold-pressed below 27 °C, this oil retains all its valuable antioxidants, nutrients, and aromas. While the yield is lower compared to warm pressing, we prioritize quality over quantity.


Tasting Notes
Plomari Platinum super early-harvest has a well-balanced bittersweet taste featuring subtle and delicate flavors of wild artichoke, freshly clipped grass, hay, bitter almond, nuts, and a medium/strong pungent aftertaste. It has a distinctive green-gold color. As a natural product, its characteristics may vary from year to year due to different weather and natural environment conditions. We ensure though that we craft the best olive oil that our nature can give following strictly sustainable and organic cultivation practices.
